消毒净手露杀菌效果及毒性的试验观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解以含三氯羟基二苯醚和乙醇为主要杀菌成分的消毒净手露的杀菌效果及毒性。方法采用载体定量试验和动物试验进行了消毒效果和毒性观察。结果以含三氯羟基二苯醚2690 mg/L和体积分数78.7%乙醇的消毒净手露原液对布片载体上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均大于6.0;对铜绿假单胞菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值均>3.00。用该消毒液原液擦拭消毒1 min,对手上自然菌平均杀灭对数值为1.31。消毒净手露小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5000 mg/kg,对家兔皮肤刺激试验积分为0,对小豚鼠皮肤无致变态反应作用,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性,亚急性毒性试验未发现对大鼠有毒性作用。结论消毒净手露具有良好的杀菌效果,属于实际无毒、对皮肤无刺激性和致敏性,无致突变性。 Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of Xiao - Du - Jing Hand DEW containing triclosan and ethanol as its main germicidal ingredients. Methods Carrier quantitative test and animal test were used to carry out observation on disinfection efficacy and toxicity. Results The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans on cloth strip carriers exposed to the stock solution of Xiao - Du - Jing Hand DEW containing triclosan 2690 mg/L and 78.7% (v/v) ethanol for 0.5 min were 〉 6, 0 and that of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed for 0. 5 min was 〉 3.00. The average killing logarithm value of the natural bacteria on hands wiped with the stock solution of the disinfectant for 1 min was 1.31. The mouse acute oral LD50 of the Xiao - Du - Jing Hand DEW was 〉 5000 mg/kg. Its score of rabbit skin irritation test was 0 and it had no allergizing effect on guinea - pig skin. The result of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative and subacute toxicity test did not find toxic effect on rats. Conclusion Xiao - Du - Jing Hand DEW had good germicidal efficacy and belongs to pratically nontoxic substance. It is not irritating to skin, not mutagenic and has no sensitizing effect.
