摘要
目的了解吴江市空气层流净化系统技术性能及其对洁净手术室空气的净化效果。方法采用现场空气采样方法对手术室空气中的尘埃粒子和细菌净化效果进行了检测。结果2003年(创建初期),该医院4号、6号两间手术室空气中尘埃粒子数均符合净化要求;2006年(使用3年),该医院4号(万级)手术室空气中尘埃粒子数符合规定标准,但6号(千级)手术室空气中尘埃粒子数则明显超标。5号和6号手术室换气次数和浮游细菌数全部符合要求。所有4间手术室空气的细菌总数在有人或无人条件下,均达到<200 cfu/m3。结论只要定期对空气净化系统进行技术维护,便能确保其对洁净手术室空气的洁净效果。
Objective To know the technical properties of air laminar - flow purifying system of Wujiang City and its efficacy in purifying the air of clean operating room. Methods On - the - spot air sampling method was used to examine the efficacy in purifying the dust particles and bacteria in air of operating room. Results In the year 2003 ( early stage after establishment), the dust particle count in air of No. 4 and No. 6 operating rooms in this hospital fulfilled the purifying reqnirement. In 2006 (after use for 3 years), the dust particle count in air of No. 4 operating room (104 grade) met the specified standard, but that of No. 6 operating room ( 103 grade) obviously exceeded the allowable limit. The freguency of ventilation and suspending bacteria count of No. 5 and No. 6 operating rooms fulfilled the requirement. The total bacterial count in air of the 4 occupied or non - occupied operating rooms attained 〈 200 cfu/m^3. Condusion So long as the technical maintenance of the air purifying system is carried out periodically, its efficacy in purifying clean operating room air can be ensured.
