临沂市医疗机构妇产科消毒工作质量调查

SURVEY OF QUALITY OF DISINFECTION WORK IN DEPARTMENT OF GYNECOLOGY AND OBSTETRICS IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS OF LINYI CITY

目的了解临沂市医疗机构妇产科的消毒工作质量，探讨妇产科在消毒灭菌工作中存在的问题以便提出改进措施。方法采用现场抽检方法对三级医疗机构妇产科进行了调查。结果三级医疗机构妇产科的室内空气、工作人员手、物体表面和医疗器械细菌污染超标率在2．2％～29．3％；使用中消毒液细菌污染合格率波动在68．9-92．1％，有效成份含量合格率在63．7-93．9％；消毒管理的各调查项目合格率在48．1％-83．6％。结论调查结果说明应加强对各级医疗机构尤其是乡镇级医疗机构妇产科消毒工作的管理，加强对医务人员消毒知识与技术培训。

Objective To know the quality of disinfection work in department of gynecology and obstetrics of medical institutions in Linyi City and to explore the problems existing in disinfection and sterilization work of department of gynecology and obstetrics so as to propose the improving measures. Method On - the - spot selective examination method was used to carry out investigation on department of gynecology and obstetrics in tertiary medical institutions, Results The rates of bacterial contamination exceeding allowable limit of indoor air, hands of staffs, surfaces and medical instruments in department of gynecology and obstetrics of tertiary medical institutions were 2. 2% - 29, 3%. The eligible rate of bacterial contamination of disinfection solution in use ranged from 68. 9% to 92. 1%, the eligible rate of active principle content was 63.7% -93. 9% and the eligible rates of the items of disinfection administration investigated were 48. 1% -83.6%. Conclusions The results of investigation indicated that the administration of disinfection work in department of gynecology and obstetrics in medical institutions of various levels, especially the medical institutions of villages and towns, should be strengthened and training of medical personnel with disinfection knowledge and technology also should be strengthened.
