北京市医院消毒剂使用情况调查

SURVEY OF CONDITION OF USE OF DISINFECTANTS IN HOSPITALS OF BEIJING

目的了解北京市各级医疗机构消毒剂使用情况。方法采用现场抽样方法对54所医院进行了调查。结果在所调查的医院中,有72.22%的医院同时索取消毒剂生产企业卫生许可证和卫生许可批件(含备案凭证)。有46.30%的医院建立了消毒剂日常配制记录;38.89%的医院建立了消毒剂生物监测记录;61.11%的医院建立了消毒剂化学监测记录。医院的消毒剂储存条件整体较好。结论北京市各级医疗机构使用消毒剂的管理不够完善,卫生监督机构需要进一步加强监督管理。

Objective To know the condition of use of disinfectants in medical institutions at all levels in Beijing. Method On - the - spot sampling method was used to carry out a survey of 54 hospitals. Results Of the hospitals investigated, 72.22% have asked simultaneously for the sanitary license of disinfectant production enterprise and approval document of sanitary license （ including the cerlificate of putting on file）, 46.30% have set up disinfectants preparation records, 38.89% have set up disinfectants biological monitoring records and 61.11% have set up disinfectants chemical monitoring records. The conditions of storing disinfectants in hospital as a whole were relatively good. Conclusion The administration of use of disinfectants in medical institutions at all levels in Beijing was imperfect, so the samitary supervision organs should strengthen further their supervision and administration work.
