摘要
本文论述沙棘企业实行HACCP的必要性与紧迫性,以及在国家质检总局2004—6—1发布的SN/T1443.1~2-2004《食品安全管理体系要求审核指南》指导下,如何在沙棘企业质量管理中推行HACCP体系,并使企业的产品质量管理在技术层面上顺利达到出口食品的安全要求。
The paper discusses the necessity and urgent pressure for seabuckthorn enterprise implementing HACCP. At the same time, how to carry out the HACCP under the Auditing Guideline of Food Safety Management System (SN/T1443. 1 ~ 2-2004) released by .National Administration of Quality Examination on June 1, 2004, and how to get to the export requirement for the enterprise products and the food safety in technical aspect are discussed.
