摘要
本文对沙棘中的主要生物活性物质,如天然维生素E,类胡罗卜素,植物甾醇,磷脂,不饱和必须脂肪酸,沙棘黄酮化合物等在沙棘植物中的分布和含量进行了描述,并且对目前在中国这类生物活性物质的各种提取方法和存在的优缺点进行了详细的叙述。
The content and distribution of some main bio-active substances in seabuckthorn, such as vitamin E, carotenoid, phyto-sterol, phospholipid, unsaturated fatty acid, flavonoid etc. were reviewed in this paper. The present different extraction methods in China for bio-active substances in seabuckthorn were introduced and evaluated in detailed.
