摘要
目的:了解我院西院区胃肠内营养用药的应用情况及趋势,为临床医护人员及产、供、用单位有关人员提供参考。方法:以限定日剂量(DDD)、用药人次(DDDs)、零售金额(万元)、每日药费(元)为统计指标,对我院西院区2002年～2005年胃肠内营养药物的应用情况进行初步统计、分析。结果:2002年～2005年我院西院区胃肠内用药的销售金额和用药频度呈上升趋势。结论:我院胃肠内营养用药与肠外营养用药的使用比例中,肠内营养支持(EN)用药比例逐年升高。
OBJECTIVE：To study the application and the trend of enteral nutrition （EN） drugs in our hospital （west section） to serve as references for medical staff, manufactures, suppliers and consumers. METHODS： Enteral nutrition drugs used in our hospital from 2002 to 2005 were analyzed statistically with regard to DDD （defined daily dose）, DDDs, retail price and daily drug expenses. RESULTS： The total consumption sum and DDDs of enteral nutrition drugs increased year on year. CONCLUSION： Of the total enteral nutrition drugs and parenteral nutrition drugs used in our hospital, the percentages of enteral nutrition drugs are increasing year on year.
