我院2003年～2005年口服中成药药物利用分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Oral Chinese Patent Medieines in Our Hospital During the Period 2003～2005

目的:了解我院口服中成药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用医院网络信息系统数据库,检索2003年～2005年口服中成药使用数据。采用DDDs分析方法和药物经济学方法,对年用药金额、用药频度、日用药金额进行统计分析。结果及结论:我院用药情况符合我院为传染病专科医院的特点,基本合理。护肝宁片、亮菌口服液、养血饮口服液、软肝颗粒、复方鳖甲软肝片在肝炎治疗中使用广泛。我院自制制剂有开发的前景,虽然中成药价格在下降,但整体销售额却在逐年上升,说明中成药在治疗肝炎领域将会发挥越来越大的作用。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital for references of rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS ： Data regarding the consumption sum, DDDs, daily consumption sum of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital during the period 2003～ 2005 were retrieved by means of hospital network information system（NIS） and analyzed statistically by using the analytical methods of DDDS and pharmacoeconomics. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION：The utilization of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital was basicaily rational and in accordance with the characteristics of our hospital as an infection disease special hospital. Huganning tablets, liangjun oral liquid, yangxueyin oral liquid, ruangan granula, compound biejiaruangan tablets were widely used in the treatment of hepatitis. The preparation made by our hospital enjoyed a promising prospect. The prices of Chinese patent medicines were falling, but the total consumption sum was increasing year on year, suggesting that Chinese patent medicine would play a more and more important role in the treatment of hepatitis.
