摘要
针对万家寨引黄工程用泵的运行条件,用有限元方法计算了立式单吸单级泵轮内的流场,并以陕西东雷南乌牛二级站的H4型水泵磨损情况为例,对万家寨引黄工程总干线一、二级泵站和南干线一、二级泵站采用单级泵时的磨损情况进行了初步预估.
According to the operating conditions of pumps of Wanjiazhai Water-Deversion Project, flow fields of vertical pumps of single suction and single-stage have been calculated with finite element method in this article. And with reference to the abrasion of H4 pump used in the Nanwuniu Station of Donglei Water-Deversion Project, a preliminary estimation of silt abrasion are made for pumps of the first and second station of the main line and the south line respectively.
