早期诊断阿尔茨海默病的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着全世界人口预期寿命的延长,老年痴呆患者不断增多,65岁以上老年人,年龄每增加5岁,痴呆的患病率增长一倍,在90~95岁年龄组痴呆的患病率约为40%。老年痴呆已经成为一种涉及医学、社会、经济的问题。阿尔茨海默病(AD)是最常见的痴呆类型,目前缺乏特异的诊断及有效的治疗,理想的诊疗应在大量突触和神经元丧失以前,所以目前对于该病的研究重点转移到了对于AD早期或极早期的诊断和治疗上。轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的提出具有重要意义,它是一种介于老年痴呆和正常老年人认知功能减退的状态,也是认知障碍进行预防性干预的最佳阶段,成为研究关注的焦点。
