医疗费用的准确性直接体现医院的管理水平和患者的切身利益。作者发现医嘱剂量、医嘱对应、未及时停医嘱和医嘱未注明自备等4项与医嘱有关的因素,以及医护人员或检查科室操作人员输入错误,是导致费用错误的主要原因;提出提高技术含量、改进医疗收费系统、落实制度责任、审核流程重组、建立监督机制等对策。

The accuracy of inpatients＇ expenditure reflected hospital management lever and patients＇ benefit directly. The author proposed that the mistakes in inpatients＇ expenditure were mainly caused by some factors related with doctor＇ s advice as wrong dose and wrong performance, and wrong input by medical professional and operators of department. Finally the author put forward some countermeasures as improving technology contents, advance charge system, recompose auditing flow etc.
