低速稳态切削的刀具耐用度

摘要 根据切削加工系统的颤振理论,讨论了在低速切削状态下,刀具后刀面的磨损宽度及刀具耐度推导了在低速稳切割下,后刀面磨损宽度及力具耐用度计算的经验公式,从而在低速范围内,给稳态切削刀具耐用度的选择提供了一个理论依据. According to the theory of vibration of the machining system, the wearing width ofback face and the endurance of cutting tools in low-speed cutting are discussed. From this, the empirical formula used to calculate the steady-state cutting wearing width of back face and the endurance of cutting tools in low speed is derived.
