大型卧式液压缸的挠曲与稳定性计算原理及软件研究 被引量:2

On the Calculated Theory and Software for the Deflection and Stability of Large-scale Horizontal Hydraulic Cylinder

摘要 论述了船闸启闭机用水平细长油缸在间隙、自重和纵向压力作用下所造成的挠曲及其纵向受压的整体稳定性问题.根据其失稳原理导出了计算公式,并据此编制了适合工程实用的CFD(CriticalForceDeflection)程序.经试算与分析表明。 In this paper, the deflection and whole stability of large-scale horiziontal hydraulic cylinder caused by clearances, self--weight and axial forces are discussed. The calculated fo ̄ulas were derived and the software CFD(Critical Force Deflection) used to practice were made. The calculated results of CFD were proved by finite element method and test data.
