不同蔗糖浓度光照强度和光质对甜菜花青苷合成的影响

摘要 悬浮培养的红甜菜(Beta Vulgaris)细胞在培养基中合3%蔗糖条件下合成和积累的甜菜花青苷(betacyanin)最高。随着蔗糖浓度的增加甜菜花青苷含量下降。光能刺激红甜菜细胞甜菜花青苷的合成,在黑暗条件下红甜菜细胞青苷含量最低,随着光照强度的增加花青苷含量增加。在不同颜色的光下甜菜花青苷合成没有显著的差异,在蓝光下红甜菜细胞的甜菜花青苷含量最高。 The effect of sucrose and light on betacyanin acculation in suspension cultures of Bota vulgaris were investigated.Sucrose concentration,light intensity and light guality affected the accumulation of beLacyanin.Maximal betacyanin accumulation Was observed at 3% Sucrose concentration.Betacyanin synthe sis Was stimulated by light.Bafacyanin content enhanced with increasing light intesity.There were no significant differences under different colour Light.Betaoyanin content Was highest under blue light.
