基于灰色系统理论提出了一种结构时变可靠度分析方法，本方法应用灰色系统理论对结构抗力和荷载进行分析和预测并可得出在未来时刻的结构抗力和荷载值，再得出结构的时变可靠度的预测值．

Based on the gray system theory, an analytic method on structural time varyingreliability is presented. Applying the gray system theory, the resistance strength and load ofstructures are analysed and predicted, then the time varying reliability is calculated.
