摘要
我国的安全管理正在进入以人为本的新时期,目前安全管理与人力资源管理的对象都着重于人本身的维护和发展,笔者将人力资源管理的某些方法应用到安全管理中,以形成企业的安全人力资源,使安全人力资源成为实现企业安全目标的主要力量,从而减少企业事故发生的概率,提高企业的安全水平。
The safety management in our country is entering a new humanism stage. However, it is not an integrated system yet. Manpower resources management is also people-oriented. Both of them highlight the importance of maintaining and developing people. Some approaches of manpower resources management in safety management are used, aiming to form a safety human resources of enterprises, which will play a major role in obtaining the safety aim of the enterprises. The probability of accidents will be decreased and the level of safety in enterprises will be improved.
