包钢2^#转炉炉帽结构及水冷方式的探讨

主要介绍了包钢2#转炉炉帽的结构、功能及其水冷方式。针对包钢1#转炉炉帽在生产过程中存在的漏水问题,并在1#转炉炉帽设计的基础上,在2#转炉炉帽结构、水冷方式的设计上加以改进。通过对转炉炉体安装水冷炉帽来保护炉体,延长炉体的使用寿命,以满足转炉生产的要求。

Aiming at the existing problems of cap＇s water leak in the production of No. 1 converter, No.2 converter cap is improved. By installing a water- cooling cap for the converter to protect it,servlce llfe of the converter will be extended to meet the production demands.
