文章阐述了PLC系统MasterLogic-100R在6#高炉计算机控制中的应用,该系统基本完成了炉顶,槽下及热风炉较为复杂的控制要求。在介绍该系统软硬件,网络特点及数据处理能力等的同时,着重论述遇到的问题和解决方法。
This article is about the practical application of MasterLogic- 100R PLC system in computer control of the No.6 Blast Furnace. The PLC system implements control function of the furnace, the groovy and the hot- blast stove in the main. The emphasis is to discuss the problems and the resolving ways when introducing soft and hard of the system, network characteristics and data- handling capacity.
