The paper analyses the characteristics of salary encouragement. It comprehensively introduces the main factors to strengthen the encouragement and expounds the erects produced by different ways to pay out salary. The salary encouragement is a main method to raise degree of the staff satisfaction. It realizes the best possible use of salary.
