浅析民间资本参与公立医院体制改革

Discussion on Civil Capital Participating in System Reform of State-owned Hospitals

引入竞争机制,对公立医院进行体制改革是目前我国卫生事业改革的重点内容。而民间资本的参与又是其中的焦点和热点。文章从公立医院内部经营暴露出的问题和外部积极应对入世后医疗市场的激烈竞争两个方面阐述了引入民间资本参与公立医院改革的必要性,阐明了民间资本介入医疗服务领域的积极作用并列举了实例,最后指出了目前亟需解决的问题。

Abstract Introducing competitive mechanism and reforming the system of state-owned hospitals is one of key contents for Chinese health service reform at present. The participation of civil capital is the point at issue. This paper discussed the necessity of introducing civil capital participating in state-owned hospitals reform fr^mi two aspects, which were existing problems in internal operation for stateowned hospitals and external organizations actively coping with sharp competition after entering WTO. The paper described the active roles if civil capital was involved in medical field and gave some examples. At last, the paper pointed out the problems which need to be solved at once.
