无意识教育是一种潜在的心理指向,具有依附性、愉悦性、潜隐性和灵活性等特征。无意识教育在卫生事业单位文化建设的物质文化、行为文化、制度文化、精神文化等层面发挥着重要作用,能有效地弥补有意识教育的种种不足,是单位文化建设中必不可少的活动。

Unconscious education is a kind of latent psychological tendency, and it has the features such as dependence, entertainment, concealment and flexibility. Moreover, unconscious education can play an important role in the aspects of material culture , behavior culture,regulation culture,spirit culture during the culture construction in health institutions. And that unconscious education has already become the absolutely necessary process during culture construction in health institutions, which can effectively make up various shortage of conscious education.
