青稞杂交最佳去雄时间研究

Studying on the best time on emasculate stamen of hull-less barley

为了确保青稞亲本材料杂交成功，依照抽穗时芒的项部伸出旗叶叶枕的不同长度采用去雄套袋的方法，对5个优良亲本最佳去雄时间进行研究。结果表明：拉兰和门源亮兰最佳去雄时间是在穗完全抽出旗叶叶枕之前，北青6号和昆仑12号分别是在芒尖距叶枕小于或等于7cm和12cm时，肚里黄是在芒尖距叶枕小于3—4cm时。根据青稞不同品种的开花结实习性可判定它们的最佳去雄时间．

In order to insure crossing success of parental plants of hull-less barley, we studied on the best time on emasculate stamen of five best parental plants of hull-less barley using the method of emasculate stamen and setting sac at the different length of awn tip outstretching flag leaf pad, the result shows that the best time on emasculate stamen of Lalan and Mengyuanlianglan is before spike outstretching the pad of flag leaf wholly, and the best time on emasculate stamen of Beiqing No. 6 and Kunlun No. 12 is less than or equal 7,12 centimeter length of area tip outstretching flag leaf pad, and Dulihuang is less than 3 - 4 centimeter length of awn tip outslretching flag leaf pad. Breeders on hull-less barley should decide on the best time on emasculate stamen by different blooming habits of different varieties.
