摘要
从2006年1月1日起,国家正式启用约瑟夫森电压基准,国家电压基准改值的大小为0.58μV。溯源到固态电压标准,由于其准确度等级高(年稳定性为2E-6),国家电压基准的改值将对其产生一定的影响。固态电压标准作为电学实验室直流电压的最高标准,在对其进行稳定性考核时,无论是用绘图方式还是计算方式都要注意国家电压基准改值的影响。本文详细给出了溯源到国家电压基准的固态电压标准的稳定性考核方法和过程及考核中需要注意的问题。
The Josephson voltage primary standard had been used since January 1st, 2006. The value of voltage primary standard changed to 0. 58 μV, which would influence the value of DC reference standard because of the high accuracy (the stability is 2E-6/a). We can check the stability of DC reference standard using the method of figure or calculation. The paper introduces the methods and procedures which will be used in checking the stability of DC reference standard.
