摘要 本文设计了一种基于马赫-曾德尔干涉仪原理的相位调制型光纤温度传感器。介绍了实现方法和实验现象。说明了通过热敏电阻标定温度与干涉条纹数之间关系的方法。着重分析讨论了利用CCD进行干涉条纹采集及利用MATLAB软件对条纹图像进行滤波、边缘提取等处理的一种新方法。给出了条纹移动数判别的程序编写方案,实验中得到了较好的温度测量结果。结果表明用此方法实现光纤温度传感是一个较为可行的方案。 In this paper, the optical fiber temperature sensor has a good applied prospect. The optical ttber temperature sensor based on the theory of Mach-Zehnder interferometer is researched and designed. The methods and phenomena of measurement are introduced. The relationships between moving numbers of fringes and temperature based on thermal resistance are explained. A new method is analyzed and discussed which the interference fringes are detected by CCD sensor and the image is filtered and edge extracted in MATLAB program. The scheme of program of distinguishing numbers of fringes is showed. The results of temperature measurement in experiment are obtained. The results express the methods are more feasible schemes.
