摘要
半导体激光器作为主动光源广泛应用于激光引信。阵列激光二极管光束的高效准直整形是传统光学技术的难题。本文介绍一种折/衍混合准直微光学阵列系统的设计方法,并结合激光引信所用半导体激光器的光束整形做了初步的理论计算,就其实现可能性进行了讨论。
As the active light source semiconductor laser is extensively applied in laser fuse. Collimation orthopedics of the array laser diode light beam is a traditional optical technical problem. This paper introduces a kind of design method of shimmer array system of mixing with refraction/diffraction collimating, and makes the theoretical calculation combining with the collimation orthopedics of laser fuse semiconductor laser's collimating and light beam, and discusses the possibility of using this method.
