摘要 遵循曲面展开的基本理论和原则,运用非均匀有理B样条表达板材自由型曲面,提出一种以展开前后面积不变为基本准则的、实现不可展曲面近似展开的几何映射法,对展开误差进行理论分析,并列举影响曲面展开的几点因素。板材不可展曲面的近似展开,对于完善板材冲压成形技术,有着重要的理论和实用价值。 Based on the basic theory and principle of the development of undevelopable surface, the blank workpiece surfaces are expressed by Non-Uniform Reasonable B-Spline( NURBS). The development method put forward is based on the rules of the geometrical mapping and the invariable area. The development errors axe analyzed theoretically, and several factors on the development of undevelopable surface axe enumerated. The approximate development of the blank workpiece undevelopable surfaces have great theory and practice significance to perfect pressing forming technology.
