摘要 产品的绿色度评价是绿色技术应用的先决条件,在产品的绿色度评价过程中,建立可比较的绿色度水平表征或指标是实施绿色技术的前提,在这一过程中,必然遇到产品系统边界的界定问题,这是当前生命同期评价(LCA)中的一个难点问题。分析在不同时间阶段所采用的确定系统边界的一般方法和机械制造领域的代表性实例,说明系统边界界定问题的不确定性、模糊性和人为性差异,提出确定产品对象绿色度生命周期评价过程中,系统边界界定时可供遵循的基本性的规则,有助于增加系统边界确定时的一致性和确定性,提高LCA的可实现性。 The precondition of green technology application includes evaluating the green degree of products, and establishing the green degree comparable token or standard for comparison. In the assessment procedure, a problem how to ascertain the system boundary will occur,which has become a key problem in Life Cycle Assessment(LCA) method which is widely used recently. Focuses on analyzing the usual method to ascertain system boundary in different stages, representing some familiar cases and explaining the indecision,discusses the fuzzability and factitious differences in LCA process. Based on all that above,obtains some basic rules which can be used for ascertaining the system boundary in the green degree assessment of materials and their processes. These rules help to increase the consistency and certainty of system boundary decision ,enhance the realizability of LCA.
