摘要
提出在电极设计阶段考虑制造过程中电极的损耗,减少后续电极制造工作量,将参数化和专家系统思想和方法应用于阴极设计中,为基座建立三维特征库并依据特征对电极进行分割重组,提高了阴极设计效率,缩短电极研制周期。
Gives a new idea which considering wastage in the cathodes designing. It can alleviate workload of cathodes' manufacture. The idea of expert system and parametric technology be used to establish feature database for electrode and reset the detached cathode, which enhance efficiency and shorten the time of developing cycle.
