摘要
用有限元法对企业新开发产品JZH25型均质机的曲轴进行模态分析,提取前4阶固有频率,得到曲轴前4阶模态的振型和位移等值线图,并计算出前4阶临界转速,确认曲轴的工作转速远远低于各阶临界转速,不会产生共振现象。
Modal analysis to JZH25 homogenizer crankshaft based on finite element is presented. The natural frequencies of the first 4 modes are extracted. The vibrative shapes of the first 4 modes are obtained and the critical speeds of the first 4 modes are calculated. Since the working speed is lower than the critical speeds greatly,the forced vibrations can't be happened on the crankshaft.
