摘要
应用有限元方法对K5206NM型压缩机机体进行了动态特性分析。在此基础上,对作用在机体上的主要激励,如气缸内气体压力、主轴承载荷、活塞导向轴承载荷进行了模拟,并计算了该机体的振动响应,获得了机体振动大的区域,从而为机体的结构改进提供了依据。
Using FEM, Dynamic characteristic on the block of model K5206NM compressor is analyzed. Based on it, the various excitations on the block of the compressor, such as the cylinder gas forces, piston guide bearings impacts and the main bearings impacts, are simulated and the vibration responses of the block were carried out. Then smart vibration regions on the block are obtained, which provided the basis for the structural design and amelioration of the compressor block.
