染色对粗纺羊绒纺纱质量及成本的影响

Effect of dyeing on the cashmere spinning quality and cost

文章通过对粗纺羊绒纱生产中实际案例的分析得出,染浅色纱成本与染色成本关系甚小,而散纤维染深色时,由于纤维强力有所下降,纺纱消耗增大的同时染料对纤维有增重作用;综合所有因素,从散纤维到纺纱结束成本并不像业内已达成的共识,即染深色比染浅色纱成本高,而是染浅色、深色纱成本较低,染中深色纱成本最高。

The major cashmere fabrics cost includes raw materials costs, fees of machining. The effect of dye dosage and dyeing technics for yarn quality is neglected, but they will make the fabrics mightiness and length down. When dyeing dark color, it will increase the weight of fiber. Based on analysis of the cashmere yarn production, this paper studies the factors that have the effect on the yarn cost. The result is when use thesame fiber, the pare color and dark color fabrics are economic, dyeing for middle dark color makes the fabric cost high.
