针对精梳毛纺织厂的条染色差、色花问题,提出不用回染和套染,而将其色条采出主色样,建立批尾色样库,按市场流行色进行拼配色混纺成系列色纱做经纱,纬向配以50%的毛涤氨纶包缠纱,织造出精梳混色多组分系列毛涤弹力牛仔面料,既节约能源降低成本,又开阔了开发产品的思路。

To resolve the problem of chromatic difference and dyeing defect in slub dyeing of worsted textile mills, instead of re-dyeing and top-dyeing, a tinctofial pattern depot can be established according to the primary color of lot waste, and warp yarn with fashion color in series can be produced by color matching and blended spinning. The warp, with weft of wool/polyester 50/50 polyurethane core-spun yarn, can be woven into wool/polyester elastic jeans with combed, color matching, and multicomponent yarns. With this technique, energy can be saved, production cost can be reduced, and new fabrics are developed.
