摘要
CAD技术的普遍应用,给表里换层配色花纹织物的设计带来了技术上的突破。文章论述了甲、乙两色色纱与双层表里交换组织配合的设计原理,以及在多臂织机织造条件下,将大组织矩阵设计法和对称性原理设计法应用于双层配色花纹的纹样设计中,扩大组织循环增加花型变化规律,以形成配色花纹织物的设计方法与技巧,可为开发织物新品种提供参考。
The widespread application of CAD to the color-patterned design of interchangeable double cloth brings a great breakthrough in technology. The article elaborated the design principle which the color and surface and inner layer exchange weave coordinate, the design methods of large weave matrices and symmetrical principle applied to color-patterned fabric weave design, so as to expand repetition of weave and increase pattern change rule. This paper had discussed the methods and techniques of designing color-patterned fabric by means of dobby loom. It provided references for developing new fabric products.
