摘要
针对组织知识管理中知识共享问题,运用知识地图作为工具来促进知识共享,建立了以知识空间三元组(知识、属性、关系)为背景的知识地图模型,并设计了一种知识地图的概念聚类算法.在概念聚类构造的知识地图中,知识按其属性自动聚类成知识节点,它描述了知识及共属性和关系,并将知识节点以偏序关系排列起来.将它作为组织知识共享的工具,有利于知识的快速查找,提高知识共享的效率.最后通过一个案例给出了模型的应用.
Knowledge map is one of main tools of knowledge sharing. Focused on the issue of knowledge sharing in organization knowledge management, a knowledge map model used knowledge space triple （Knowledge, Property, Relation） as context is presented, and a concept clustering model and algorithm of knowledge map is given to build knowledge map and the Hasse diagram. In the knowledge map constructed by concept clustering, knowledge and its relations are well organized and described, and it is efficiently and conveniently to search need knowledge in organization knowledge sharing. At last, a case is given to illustrate the application of the proposed model.
