摘要
为了探索现代信息技术在农业领域中应用,借助计算机技术提高黑龙江省种植业的科技管理水平,通过对黑龙江省水稻生产现状的调查与分析,运用软件工程方法和系统工程的方法,首先进行了内部总体结构设计,之后对技术流程进行了设计,然后针对黑龙江省水稻进行了栽培管理智能决策支持系统的开发,介绍了开发过程和推理机制.研发的系统可部分代替水稻专家指导生产实践.
The purpose of this paper is to search how to use modern information technology in agricultural field, and with the help of computer technology to improve the level of science and technology management on heilongjiang' s planting. Through inquisition and analysises produces the condition of present paddy rice of Heilongjiang province, study and develop the paddy rice cultivation management intelligence decision support system . Carried on the design to the internal and total structure and development technique process, and the folio hair process and reasonned logically the mechanism to carry on to elaborate. The system can partly instead of experts to direct production practice.
