摘要
论述了新军事科技转化为战斗力的重要性,及我军在新军事科技应用方面存在的问题。从部队和科研院所的现状出发分析了我军军事科技成果转化率不高的原因,并提出了促进新军事科技成果向战斗力转化的几点建议。
This paper analyzes the importance of turning new military S＆T achievements into fighting power, and some problems in appling in new military S＆T. It also shows the reasons of low rate of transformation, and gives some advice on promoting the transformation.
