摘要
比较了4种葛根渣异黄酮分光光度测定方法和反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)的结果,发现以479 nm为检测波长,芦丁为标品的Al3+络合显色反应的方法与色谱测定结果最为接近,可以作为对葛根异黄酮含量测定替代RP-HPLC的简易且成本低廉的方法.
Four spectrophotometric methods of determining the content of isoflavonoids in residue of radices pueraria were compared with the result of RP-High Performance Liquid Chromatography ( RP-HPLC ). It was found that the method of Al^3+ chelating reaction-spectrophotometry with the astragaloside as the standard sampie and 479nm as the test wave was the best, which could be used as a substitution of RT-HPLC when determining the content of isoflavonoids in radices pueraria, and was easy-operated and low-cost.
