摘要
研究了超临界CO2萃取桔梗中有效成分的工艺,以桔梗总皂苷的产率为考察指标,对比了无水乙醇、甲醇、丙酮、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯等5种夹带剂,分析了萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间以及夹带剂用量等4种因素的影响.通过正交实验确定了最佳萃取工艺条件为:萃取温度40℃,萃取压力35 MPa,萃取时间4 h,夹带剂用量100 mL/100 g,萃取率为0.363%.
The technology of extraction active principle from radix platycodonis using supercritical CO2 was studied. Based on the extraction ratio of platycodin, five entrainers, ethanol, methanol, acetone, butanol and ethyl acetate were compared, influences of extraction temperature, extraction pressure, extraction time and entrainer dosage on extraction were analyzed. The optimum technologic conditions were identified with orthogonal design as follows: temperature 40 ℃, pressure 35 MPa, time 4 h, entrainer dosage 100 mL/100 g, extraction ratio 0.363 %.
