摘要
将掩护梁三维CAD实体模直接型转入有限元系统的方法对掩护梁进行应力计算,为掩护梁的强度设计提供了更详细的应力参考数据.通过有限元计算结果与常规设计方法的对比分析,对掩护梁常规设计方法进行了评价并提出了改进掩护梁强度设计的方法.
Stress distribution of shield-beam is calculated by the means of translating its three dimensional CAD model directly into finite analysis system. The available detail stress data are provided for the strength design of shield-beam. The stress results calculated by finite element are compared with that of the normal strength design method. The normal strength design method is evaluated and the improved strength design method for shield-beam is proposed.
