摘要
通过用分子截留量为10 ku的中空纤维超滤柱对牛初乳乳清进行超滤,所得滤液即为牛初乳低提取物,并用滤液对小鼠注射,进行免疫功能的研究.结果表明:牛初乳低相对分子质量提取物中含有多肽和18种氨基酸,乳糖含量为4.3%.牛初乳低相对分子质量提取物可显著提高小鼠外周血液淋巴细胞的比值.25 g/kg体重和50 g/kg体重剂量时可以显著提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能(P<0.01);可恢复因环磷酰胺而受到抑制的小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平(P<0.01),且与剂量无关.在10 g/kg体重剂量时可以显著增强环磷酰胺模型小鼠二硝基氯苯所致的迟发型免疫反应(P<0.01),在25 g/kg体重和50 g/kg体重剂量时影响不显著.牛初乳低相对分子质量提取物可显著提高小鼠的免疫功能.
To analyze the chemical composition in low molecular weight extract (MW 〈 10 ku) derived from bovine colostrum and observe its effect the immune function of mice. the low molecular weight extract ( MW 〈 10 ku) was obtained from bovine colostrum whey by uhrafihrate, its immune function was observed by injecting mice. The result indicated that the properties of low molecular weight extract (LMWE) were as the followed : the concentration of peptides is 2.1 mg/ml and18 kinds of amino acids ; the percentage of lactose is 4. 3%. The low molecular weight extract (MW 〈10 ku) derived from bovine colostrum could strongly affect ANAE ( + ) cell percentage of peripheral blood lymphocytes and improve the ratio of lymphocyte and neutrophile ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; The higher dose ( 25 g/kg weight and 50 g/kg weight) low molecular weight extract could significantly improve the phagocytosising function of macrophage in abdominal cavity ( P 〈 0.01 ), the lower dose( 10 g/kg weight) had no effect on mice; The lower dose( 10g/kg weight) 10w molecular weight extract could notably strengthen the delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) caused by DNCB text model in mice(P 〈0. 01 ), the higher dose (25 g/kg weight and 50 g/kg weight) had no effect; Low molecular weight extract could significantly restore the formation of hemolysin antibody of sheep red blood cell text model which was inhibited by cyclophosphamide (P 〈0.01 ) and had no dose-depend pattern, low molecular weight extract (MW 〈 10 ku) derived from bovine colostrum can improve the immune function of mice.
