摘要
利用正交试验设计和Duncan法检验,确立了甘蔗皮红色素的最佳提取条件及其提取率.结果表明,用95%乙醇水溶液作为提取剂,料液比为1∶10,60℃恒温浸提15 min,提取率为86.1%.
On extracting and production method of the red pigment of S. sinense Roxb. are Studied with orthogonal test L9 （34）. The results of the experiment show that the optimal extracting condition is obtained as following： 95% C2H5OH solution at 70 ℃ for 15min with the solid-liquid ratio 1： 10（ g/mL）, the extraction rate is 86.1%.
