摘要
利用VB提供的图形控件和API函数可以实现对许多图像的处理功能.介绍了在VB中实现常用图像处理的几种方法,包括图像的翻转、缩放、锐化,并给出了部分源代码,为图像的其他处理提供了参考.
With VB picture controls and the API functions, many image-processing functions can be achieved. This paper introduces several methods to realize image processing in VB including the overturn, zooming and sharping of images, and gives part of the source codes so as to provide reference for other image processing.
