摘要
近年,我国一线城市房地产市场利润空间下降,二三线城市房地产市场成为利润的增长点。二三线城市的房地产市场为开发商提供了公平的竞争环境,但投资二三线城市也应注意一些问题,要有明确的定位和战略,只有这样,开发商才能在二三线城市站稳脚跟,进一步做大做强。
Recently the profit in first class cities' estate market is declining, second and third class cities become profitearning points in estate market. Second and third class city estate market provided developers with equal competition environment, but there are also some notable problems, and clear allocation and strategy is need, only in this way can developers stabilize and strengthen in second and third class cities.
