摘要
艾略特的“声音”理念是早期现代派诗歌发展中的重要诗学理论之一。本文从艾略特“声音”概念出发,以其诗歌《荒原〉为例,研究艾略特诗歌中的“声音”的表现和作用,认为艾略特在其中运用多种声音,但把自己的声音隐藏起来,创造不同的“假面”,意图达到客观化的效果。
The perception of voice is one of the important poetic theories of the early Modernist poetry. This paper starts with the concept of voice, and studies the voice in Eliot's early poetry with the example of "The Waste Land". It holds that Eliot uses various voices in this poem, hiding away his own,and creates different personae,trying to gain the objectification of a poem,thus solidifying his theory of impersonality.
