摘要
以锥花福禄考根段为外植体,对影响其再生的主要因素激素和光照进行了试验,结果表明,每天光照12￣14h,在培养基MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L可以直接获得再生植株,且诱导效果最好。
Taking root segment of phloxpanicula-ta as explants, affecting central factors, exogenous hormones and light, for the plantlet regeneration were tested. The experimental results showed that root Segment were cultured at a photoperiod of 14 hours daily with medium MS＋6-BA1.5mg/L＋NAA0.5mg/L for Plantlet Regeneration.
