The article summarizes and analyzes opment to rural credit cooperatives and emphas the adjusting and controlling system of sustainable develizes running mechanism of it＇s the continually-managing system. Systematically analyzing the continual management of rural credit cooperatives, we propose the main basis which the scheme of the continually-managing system of rural credit cooperatives depends on. We believe that, expecting to realize sustainable development to rural credit cooperatives, we must pay great attention to the ability to perfecting System and technology, human resources construction, and externally environmental cultivation, thus enhances coordinated and continually-developing ability to rural credit cooperatives.
