摘要
高职体育教学中师生关系的障碍因素包括情感因素、地位差别因素、利益追逐因素以及交往时间因素,并提出了促进师生关系的具体措施:教师要尊重学生的主体地位;爱岗敬业,关心并爱护学生;关注学生的学习过程;活化教学资源,更好地“贴近”学生等。
The restricting elements of the teacher and student relationship in P. E in the vocational institutes come from the differences in emotion, status, interest and time. The paper proposes measures for improvement of the relationship, that the teachers should love their work, respect the students, care for the students, and make full use of the teaching resources.
