摘要
20世纪90年代以来,提高货币与金融政策的透明度被越来越多的国家列为金融制度建设的重点。各国纷纷提高中央银行的透明度有其深刻的社会经济原因,并突出表现为透明的方式和内容越来越丰富,透明的自主性越来越强。中央银行透明度提高趋势为我国人民银行透明度状态的改观提供了良好的借鉴。
More and more countries list enhancement of central bank transparency as focal point of financial system＇s construction from the 90s of the 20th century. The following are characteristics on enhancement of central bank transparency： transparent content is more and more abundant, transparent means are diversified and transparent consciousness of central banks is strengthened. The legislative institution and the People＇ s Bank of China itself must be engaged in enhancing its transparency together by drawing lesson from foreign nations＇ good practices.
