摘要
文章提出了电力建设企业在EPC模式中应用工程保证担保制度来保障业主和承包商双方利益的一种方法,并且对履约保证担保在EPC模式下的应用作了初步的探讨,以期实现各方利益的“双赢”乃至“三赢”。
This paper proposed a method that the electric Guarantee and Bond System in EPC pattern to protect the preliminary discussed the application of Performance Bond chance of achieving a ＂win-win＂ or even a ＂win-win-win＂ power construction enterprise can use the Project interests of both the owners and contractors, and and Guarantee System in EPC.
