辛伐他汀对新生大鼠缺氧缺血后脑皮质区诱导型一氧化氮合酶活性的影响

摘要 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(hypoxic-ischemic braind amage,HIBD)病理过程的发生、发展与多种因素有关,不同亚型的一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)在其中的作用不同,内皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)产生的一氧化氮(nitric oxide,N0)有神经保护作用,而神经元型一氧化氮合酶(neuronal nitric oxide synthase,nNOS)与诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)产生的NO与神经损伤有关。本研究通过观察新生大鼠缺氧缺血损伤后脑皮质区iNOS活性的变化以及辛伐他汀对其的影响,探讨辛伐他汀对缺氧缺血新生鼠脑的保护作用及可能机制。
